Sounds like an allergy or allergic-type reaction, which could be vaccine, diet or environmentally related. How old, what breed, what diet?

Take him to the vet! He's obviously hurt his foot.

It sounds like a "hot spot" caused by allergies. You will definitely want to take him to the vet.

There are special wipes sold at PetSmart for the undereye circles.

it sounds like he has some kind of infection and he needs to be seen by a vet because it could be something that is unable to be cured at home.

I would go to the vet first thing tomorrow morning. This sounds very serious. For the mean time, try to put neosprine on his wounds and wrap his food with an ace bandage after covering it with a paper towl. Change the bandaging out and apply new neosprine at least every hour to 3 hours. As for his eyes, I'm not sure about that. Just try to wipe them off with a luke warm damp cloth every hour or so, to keep it clean until you can get your dog into the vets! You might even look up an emergency vet in your area, they are open all night, then they have you take your dog to a normal vet in the morning (they are closed during the day).

The eye problem could be related to tear ducts not functioning properly, hairs rubbing the eyes, eye infection, eye irration, allergens.

Some dogs have tear stains and they are really hard to take care of. It is an ongoing task that you have to take care of every day.

Take the dog to the vet to be checked out.
