Has she rubbed it on something like a crate or fence? Or does she have other signs like itchy skin, flakey skin, scabs, round patches of hair loss ? If you can't find anything obvious, you should have her checked by her vet to see if she picked up ring worm or some other skin disease.

is it an outside dog? It could be a sun burn, or a skin condition-she might be allergic to something, is the fur gone from just her nose?
If it's allergies then a shot from the vet will do the trick,
