see a dermatologist...it'll grow back, your hair/ scalp just had a eaction to the bleach, or fomr being bleached too long....

bleach is terrible for your hair, if it was dry already then you have frazzled it, I am sorry to hear that you are suffering. You need professional help, go to a salon to start with and ask them to cut if for you, you may need to go quite short. Then see a doctor or skin specialist and ask them for advice for your skin
