You could have Alopecia Areata. My boyfriend has the same thing. It started out with one small bald spot and then he got two, etc. They grow back in with white hair and then eventually turn black. He didn't really have a lot of options as far as treatment. There really isn't a "cure" persay. You can see your dermatologist who might suggest injections into the scalp and/or steroid cream which could cause stretch marks. This could be caused by stress or a thyroid disease. I would have your thyroid tested before agreeing to any injections however.

if your mothers father was bald then you most likely will be too. if both parents fathers were bald that increses you chances even more. talk to ur doctor about ur options.
