Depends on how much hair loss.



You usually lose a certain amount everyday, but a little more could be to stress, poor diet, or lack of a routine sleep schedule.



If its not an excessive amount of hair loss, I wouldn't worry about it. But if it seems un natural, i would go see a doctor.

Anaerobic exercises builds your muscles and they are classified into two categories:They are Isotonics and Isometric exercises.
