Badly damaged hair breaks at the scalp. To treat hair loss apply a little lemon juice with some black tea. Massage well and shampoo. Rub oil into the scalp. I've heard that this is normal, so I wouldn't worry
and although I have absolutely NO knowledge when it comes to this, I've been told that taking prenatal vitamins helps strengthen hair and make it grow faster? I'm not sure, that's just what my hairstylist told me and it's working for me. If your hair feels like it's thinning out, you could also use nioxin (supposedly it's what chemo patients use when they first start losing their hair. I used the combination of nioxin and prenatal because my hair was falling out from too many chemicals and it saved me!)

ok because the average human loses about 100 hairs a day, it is normal for your hair to fall out. however since you say it is falling out more than usual i would suggest eating protein and taking vitamin b12 to thicken and strenghten your hair. also cut down on the shampoo because it actually strips your hair down. i would focus more on a thickening and strengthening conditioner. my favorites are Garnier Fructis, Pantene Pro-V John Frieda Radiant Reds. I use a combination of all 3 conditioners and it works wonders for me.
